Advanced Certified Complex Trauma Practitioner Course - 2024 (250 CPD hours)
Please be informed that our program offers four course intakes annually in January, May, July, and September. You are welcome to submit your registration form at any time.
When submitting your registration form, we kindly request that you specify your preferred start month for joining our program. This is essential as all participants must begin with our foundational Stage 1 course, focusing on Safety and Stabilization, to ensure a structured progression through the program.

Self-paced learning (250 h) - What does it involve?
- Be a qualified therapist (e.g., Psychologist, Psychological Therapist, Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Art Therapist, Social Worker, etc.) or a final-year student in one of these fields (and registered with UKCP, BACP, NCS or BPS or other professional association).
- International colleagues are welcome, provided they have a working level of English
- Already working with traumatized clients or planning to do so.
Online Direct Learning - 125 h:
- Complete 7 of our CTI workshops, totaling 75 hours of training, conducted over Zoom (click here to access our dates and prices). - course participants get a priority places !
- Attend a minimum of 18 hours of Zoom Learning Group Supervision. You have the option to join groups on Monday, Thursday, Saturday, or all three days (min 10 monthly meetings - 90 min each)
- Demonstrate you have had 18 hours of supervised individual clinical practice with trauma survivors (we will provide you a list of trauma informed supervisors or you can independently make arrangements with a trauma informed supervisor of your choice, in mutual agreement with us).
- Annual Conference + Live webinars (Interactive Component): 15 hours
Reflective Practice through Video-Assisted Learning & Reflective Writing - 125 h:
- You will have access to recorded video presentations from webinars and conferences, allowing you to select the ones most relevant to you - 35 hours
- Additional reading, textbooks, books , articles and research papers - 50 hours
- Reflective Practice - 15 hours
- Case Study Submission (25 hours): submit a detailed case study of 2,500 - 3,300 words demonstrating how you applied learnt skills.
- On completion your details will be included in our trauma informed therapists Directory for free.
- CTI Complex Trauma Practitioner Certificate (250 hours of CPD) will be provided on completion, additionally a CPD certificates will be provided for each workshop attended, you pay separately for each requirement above - up to £1085 - including discounted Annual membership (please open pdf file for more details). It is suggested that you complete this course within 1 Year (max 2 years).
